The Bible draws parallels between current times and the pre-Flood era, described in Genesis 6:5,11, where corruption, evil, and violence dominated society. Today's world shows similar characteristics, with violence being celebrated in media and sometimes justified for political reasons.

According to Ezekiel 7:23, "Make a chain, for the land is filled with crimes of blood, and the city is full of violence." This prophecy seems particularly relevant to modern times, as violence continues to escalate across the nation.

However, there is hope for a future without violence. Isaiah 60:18 describes a time when "Violence shall no longer be heard in your land, neither wasting nor destruction within your borders." This vision of peace requires fundamental changes in human nature and society's approach to conflict resolution.
