The decline of biblical values across nations is leading to prophesied troubled times, but God has a plan to restore these nations to Himself.

Modern Israel extends beyond the Middle Eastern nation. God promised Abraham he would father many nations, and through Jacob (renamed Israel), his descendants would become "a nation and a company of nations" (Genesis 35:11). This prophecy manifested in two major world powers: Great Britain and the Commonwealth (Ephraim) and the United States (Manasseh).

A period called "Jacob's trouble" approaches – an unprecedented time of distress described in Matthew 24:21, Daniel 12:1, and Jeremiah 30:7. This tribulation will occur because modern Israelite nations continue moving away from God despite His calls for repentance.

God warns that without repentance, two-thirds of these nations' populations may perish (Zechariah 13:8). However, He promises restoration: After punishment, He will gather His people from scattered countries (Ezekiel 20:34) and return them to their covenant relationship.

The prophecy in Hosea will be fulfilled when God calls those once known as "not My people" the "sons of the living God" (Hosea 1:10). This restoration offers hope, but requires genuine repentance and return to God's ways.
