Are You Running from God's Call Like Moses Did?
A true measure of success isn't found in numbers, achievements, or public acclaim – it's found in following God's calling. When organizing large events or pursuing ambitious goals, it's tempting to rely on worldly measures of success or seek validation through prominent names and guaranteed crowd-pullers.

Like Moses, we often respond to God's calling with hesitation and self-doubt, suggesting alternatives or asking Him to "send someone else" (Exodus 4:13). Yet God's response remains constant: "I am your God. And I am your success."
This truth is beautifully captured in Philippians 3:3 (NIV): "We who serve God by his Spirit, who boast in Christ Jesus, and who put no confidence in the flesh." It reminds us that true success comes not from human effort or worldly acclaim, but from serving God through His Spirit.
When we trust in God's guidance rather than worldly metrics:
- Darkness becomes light through the Holy Spirit's presence
- We experience unprecedented breakthroughs
- Our confidence stems from God's power, not human capability
- We witness miracles beyond our imagination
Remember: Your success isn't measured by the size of your platform or the acclaim you receive, but by your faithfulness to God's calling. When God speaks through His Spirit and you respond with obedience – despite your fears and doubts – you position yourself for experiences and achievements that transcend human understanding.
The key isn't to seek success on the world's terms, but to make room for the Holy Spirit to move through your life and endeavors. Be bold in pursuing what God asks of you, knowing that the Holy Spirit within you can accomplish wonders beyond your imagination.
