Erik Jones, author of a new booklet about the 1,000-year reign of Christ and the saints, discusses how this comprehensive guide uses hundreds of Bible scriptures to paint a detailed picture of Christ's future millennial rule from Jerusalem.

The booklet aims to give readers hope by explaining how the world will transform under Jesus Christ's direct leadership. It's organized into seven logical chapters:

Jones spent weeks compiling over 37 pages of relevant scriptures from throughout the Bible, particularly the Old Testament prophets and Psalms. While many scriptures were well-known passages like Isaiah 11 and Micah 4, hundreds of other prophecies about the millennium are scattered throughout Scripture.

The most fascinating sections to write covered how the 10 Commandments will transform society and how Earth's physical environment will change. For example, the prophesied lowering of mountain ranges could eliminate rain shadows that create deserts, allowing areas like the Mojave Desert to "blossom as the rose" (Isaiah 35:1).
